Pixie tore through Novice Agility and Rally Novice, and is now competing in Open Agility and Advanced Rally and preparing for her tracking title this fall! Way to go, Fran!
Pixie's mom, "Iris", will be bred to CH Triumph T'aint No Saint ("Chris") for a summer litter. Inquiries invited!

Ellis Dog Training works with all breeds, sizes, mixed breeds,and types of dogs—from Pomeranians and Papillons to Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Pointers, and German Shepherds, from Airedales and Mastiffs to Akitas and Newfoundlands. Here are just a few photos of our graduates.
Diane
Ellis Manocchia has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University
of New Hampshire. A founding member and Training Director for Piscataqua
Obedience Club, and a certified member of the National Association of
Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI), she has titled her own dogs in Obedience
through Utility Dog, Herding to PreTrial level, plus Tracking and Agility.
Training Classes
We offer a full range of training instruction, including:
- Two Levels of Puppy Kindergarten (AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy)
- Basic Obedience
- Canine Good Citizen
- Rally Obedience
- Competitive Obedience from Companion Dog (CD) to Utility Dog (UD)
- Agility: Beginner, Intermediate, and Competition Agility. (Basic obedience and the ability to "play well" with other dogs is required!)
- Tricks
- Obedience and RallyO weekly run-throughs
- Tracking: A four-week weekend course is offered each Fall.
- Breed Handling
- and Flyball instruction by the Maine Coast Runners.
Sandwynn's Dream Catcher RA ("Storm") takes a jump in Agility competition.
All group classes meet in our Gonic Mill training center. To sign up by phone, call (603) 335-1191. Or, download and mail the application form. Complete and mail the form with $30 deposit to Ellis Dog Training. Indicate on your check the class you desire. Include copy of proof of vaccinations. If the class you want is not available, we will phone you to discuss an alternative.

Private behavior consultations are available by appointment at Ellis Dog Training or In-Home. Private lessons may include work on fear/dominance aggression, housetraining, separation anxiety, or one-on-one for Canine Good Citizen or other AKC titling events. Call (603) 834-0113 for an appointment.
